Tiger's Eye

Tiger's Eye forms from the alteration of fibrous crocidolite, a type of asbestos, into quartz through a natural process of mineral transformation.

The most striking feature of Tiger's Eye is its mesmerizing banding, often in golden, brown, and red hues, which gives the stone a “cat’s eye” effect known as chatoyancy. These silky, luminous bands create a captivating visual movement that enhances the stone’s depth and beauty.

To preserve your crystals and stones, avoid harsh chemicals, sharp objects, and extreme temperatures. Clean them gently with a soft cloth and store them in a padded pouch. For purification, place them in sunlight for 1-2 hours (morning/late day) or under moonlight overnight. Be mindful that some stones may fade with prolonged sun exposure.
